The RebusAi Email Marketing application is a feature that allows users to create and send email campaigns to their leads and customers. This app provides various tools to design visually appealing email templates, manage email lists, track email performance, and automate email workflows.

With the email marketing app, businesses can efficiently promote their products and services, nurture leads, and maintain engagement with their customers.

How to send mass mailings?

1. Navigate to the Email Marketing app.

2. Click on the ‘Create’ button to create new mailings.

3. Provide the subject.

4. Choose the mail recipients from the following options,

1. Contact
2. Lead/Opportunity
3. Event Registration
4. Mailing Contact
5. Sales Order
6. Mailing List
1. Select the mailing list

Note: Check out how to create Mailing Lists.

NOTE: Create filters to match the records by creating rules for the above options except Mailing list.

5. Under the ‘Mail Body’ tab, choose the mail body template.

6. Click on Save.

7. Click on the ‘Send’ button to send the mass mailings or click on ‘Schedule’ to schedule the date and time of the emails to be sent.

How to create Mailing Lists

1. Navigate to the Email Marketing app.

2. Click on the ‘Mailing Lists’ menu.

3. Click on the ‘Create’ button to create a new mailing list.

4. Provide the name of the mailing list

5. Click on Save.

6. Click on the Recipients button and create the mailing list contacts.
